  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related transaction agreements.
  • Conduct and manage real estate and finance due diligence, including title, survey, and organizational reviews.
  • Coordinate transaction processes among lenders, borrowers, investors, public agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing matters.
  • Support transaction closings and ongoing deal management.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff across offices on sophisticated real estate matters.

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience and be admitted to practice in Washington State. Experience representing lenders, borrowers, or developers in real estate finance transactions is preferred, along with experience or a strong interest in affordable housing finance, LIHTC transactions, tax-exempt bond financings, and public-private development projects. Candidates should possess strong drafting, negotiation, due diligence, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Compensation is expected to range from $230,000 to $315,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid time off and holidays; 401(k) retirement savings opportunities; flexible spending accounts; employee assistance programs; commuter benefits; voluntary supplemental insurance options; pet insurance; and eligibility for discretionary bonus consideration.
